Mark has represented businesses, Fortune 50 ® corporations, municipalities, government agencies, and individual entrepreneurs in all manners of disputes and in all forums. He focuses on traditional courtroom contests, and is accomplished as a litigator and trial attorney in federal and state cases across the country. With broad experience litigating complex business disputes in virtually every field—intellectual property, condemnation, antitrust, securities matters, licensing, unfair competition, copyright, trademark, contract disputes, constitutional challenges, RICO and beyond—he has litigated cases that span from simple to complex. He is a senior member and co-chair of Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C.’s Litigation Department, one of the largest practice groups on Long Island dedicated exclusively to commercial litigation.
Jonathan C. Sullivan (Commercial Litigation Partner)
Jonathan C. Sullivan has substantial experience in both trial and appellate advocacy. He has represented clients in a wide variety of commercial cases including breach of contract actions, employment and civil rights claims, commercial real estate disputes, antitrust claims, unfair competition claims, and trademark and copyright claims. Jonathan also has considerable experience in municipal law matters including eminent domain proceedings, land use and zoning disputes. He is co-chair of the firm’s Litigation Department and a member of the Environmental, Intellectual Property and Employment Practice Groups.
John A. DeMaro (Commercial Litigation Partner)
John represents large and small business and individuals in connection with a wide variety of litigation matters and has substantial experience with intellectual property disputes (including trademark, copyright, licensing, new media, privacy, Internet, domain name, unfair competition, trade secrecy and technology-transfer matters). He is chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property Group and a member of the Litigation Department. John also chairs the Firm’s Food & Beverage Group, a multidisciplinary legal team serving food and beverage manufacturers, distributors, retailers, restaurants, franchisors, and investors.
Michael A.H. Schoenberg (Commercial Litigation Of Counsel)
Michael has substantial experience in both the federal and state courts, as well as before various arbitration and mediation forums, representing and counseling individuals and companies across many industries on a variety of complex commercial litigation issues, including shareholder/member disputes, dissolutions, business torts, trade secret misappropriation and unfair competition disputes, real estate disputes, and employment discrimination.

Elizabeth is a commercial litigation associate. Elizabeth received her Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2017, graduating Summa Cum Laude. During law school, Elizabeth was an Honors Program Scholar and the Editor-in-Chief of the Touro Law Review. Upon graduation from law school, Elizabeth received the Dean Emeritus Howard A. Glickstein Award for Outstanding Leadership and Overall Academic Excellence.
